Meet Trish

Trish Menchu

As a lifelong Wacoan, Trish has always been passionate about investing in her community and the people in it.  When she's not helping her clients with their real estate needs, Trish enjoys mentoring fellow small business owners, educating the public on various real estate topics through social media videos and local events, and advocates for her hometown as a Board member and volunteer with the Hewitt Chamber of Commerce.

In her first career working for a local energy consulting firm, Trish was able to learn and refine her strong business skills; she became an avid number cruncher, analyzed contracts, honed her ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet rigid deadlines, built her community network, presented and sold consulting services to large entities, and sharpened her negotiation skills. Trish’s hard work did not go unnoticed; she was promoted to President of her firm at the young age of 30, a position she held until 2018 when she decided to shift her focus.  After 18 years in the energy industry with much thought, prayer, and planning, Trish decided to combine her passion for service and learning with her corporate skills and started her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Apex. She found that working with her clients, friends, and family allows her to utilize her business mind while also taking great care of the people she cherishes. It was a perfect match, as Trish was recognized in 2019 as the runner-up Rookie of the Year for her brokerage out of over 1,000 agents.  She has gone on to become one of the top 1% of agents in Waco, top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally, and most importantly earn the respect and trust of her colleagues and hundreds of clients she's helped over the years.  Her mission is to help families and individuals achieve their personal and financial goals by consulting with and representing them in the purchase and sale of real estate.

In her downtime, Trish loves to spend quality time with her partner, Rob and their seven (yes you read that right) daughters.  Anything outdoors from swimming, boating, fishing, skiing, hiking, and biking are where you'll usually find them or working in Rob's construction business.  Equipped with a servant heart and over 20 years' business expertise, Trish is the perfect advocate for you whether you're looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate.
